According to fifth Law of Library Science Library is a growing organism. As result of this many libraries have over the years grown into large organizations Libraries have also been influenced by the rapid advances in information technology Application of information technology has made it possible for these to expand their sphere of activities. Description are as simple and direct as could be possible have been given. The purpose of this conference would be wel served if the interest, confidence, communication and dedication professional friends and colleagues is encouraged and they are motivated to work as a team without losing their individuality and respecting individual difference of the team members.

Objective of this Research Conference: There is a growing recognition of the need to manage the increasing flow of information, ideas & knowledge more optimally as well as more efficiently. The Conference aims to bring together Academicians, Researchers and Industry Practitioners on a single platform to review research in the domain of Library & Information Management at different levels and recommend strategies for improving the quality of Library and Information Management Services.

In this Conference proceeding, we have compiled the papers on Library a Temple of Learning and Knowledge House.
